Liaising with Skills Stores Applicants Assessors Groups (Redundancy programs, various projects) PM, SCM, Directors, BDO,s, Admin GEARS enrolments, assessment 2 forms, general enquiries/follow ups, session creation, Credit Transfers, Awards, and Resulting
GEARS Steps Skills Storeand GEARS are co-located Process starts at the Skills Stores An appointment will include • Skills Store consultant determine qualification & level, skills book, hand over to GEARS and • GEARS consult eligibility, enrolment form, portfolio, next step, costs GEARS steps • GEARS arranges Assessor • Assessor advises GEARS of units to enroll applicant in • Results entered on system GAP • Training may be required • Award issued (If Applicable)
Community of Practice • Including • Training sessions for assessors • External training organised • Resource kits for assessors • RPL repository for Gordon staff • Moderations, validations sessions • Show and tell • Guest speakers
