  • Approximately 7,800sf of new facilities for three Hutches, Control Rooms and Common Rooms

  • Current approved specifications are well defined and present no major challenges

    • Internal design review currently in process and will be completed on 11/13/2008

  • Strategy for construction delivery method is consistent with expectations
