Purpose: scheduling an interview to discuss goals for document creation in preparation for writing proposal • Start with greeting, introduction to group • Ask for availability (perhaps suggest yours) • Meeting place? • Preferred method of contact • When interview needs to be conducted by (2.19) • Useful to see if they received my email, if they have any questions, provide a timeline The client follow-up email
