My SMART Goals for this year and the Future… • Work more closely with the SGA , so the students will be more involved with decision-making at the school and more student-oriented activities can be implemented • Donate more time to the school to make campus improvements to boost the pride in the school • Create more project-based learning lessons, so the learning is more meaningful • Graduate from the ED.S. program, so I can begin my Doctorate degree

What are your goals for the year? • - Write your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the card. • - On the first couple lines of the card list some short term goals using the SMART goals format. • - Under the short-term goals, write at least one long term goal. • - Find a person that will hold you accountable. • - Place your card on the board.
