  4. Steps to follow: 3. Enter your Student ID and click NEXT.

  5. Steps to follow: 3. Answer the question….

  6. Steps to follow: 4. Select MATH or READING.

  7. Steps to follow: 5. Start your test!

  8. Important Tips: If you need to stop the assessment click STOP; the test will resume where you left off. You must complete the test within 7 days of starting it, or it will spoil.

  9. Important Tips: 2. If the question contains a story, be sure to click as soon as you finish reading. The story stays on the screen so you can read it again when you answer questions about it.

  10. Important Tips: 3. If you don’t pick an answer before you click NEXT QUESTION, the computer will remind you to choose an answer before going to the next question.

  11. Important Tips: 4. It’s very important to do your best and answer every question carefully. Allow 10 seconds between answering questions – if you don’t you will have to re-take you test!

  12. Important Tips: 5. When you finish the questions, the test lets you know you are done. Click DONE. Your teacher will provide you with your test results at a later time.

  13. For Learning Coaches: What NOT to do: Do not remind them of the time. Do not help them with words or problems that are too difficult for them. Do not read any part of the reading passages to the student.

  14. For Learning Coaches: What NOT to do: Do not help your child to narrow their answer choices. Do not hover over the student as they are testing. DO provide a quiet testing environment for them during the test!

  15. Technical difficulties: You need to clear your java cache and your cache. This needs to be done in between each session Disable popup blockers on your computer If the test spoils, you will need to take it again
