How many times have left an indelible imprint in our memory when we account life ? Five , six ? Come ten . And how many can be proud and excited murmurs : I was there too ? '. The other so much . The funeral of Seferis was one of them. In Seferis had initiated with my father . Michael Bistis was a center- of his time he read a lot. I remember the nights in his armchair , I can play soldiers on the carpet and he has a book in front of him . From him I first heard Seferis in passionate discussions in the company when Seferis got the Nobel Prize . The left of the party claimed at least half Nobel . "If you were to set to music by Mikis Pergiali not know him nor his mother " was the refrain then known . The right wing of the party nor had heard but had to defend him because he was " theirs ." My father calm jeering voice put them ice.
