  2. Mothers stay with their cubs for about 2 years. There are only 80 Florida Panthers left. Florid Panthers can run 35 miles per hour. Female Florida Panthers can have up to 1 to 4 cubs at a time. Florida Panthers like to eat deer, wild pigs and others medium sized mammals. Adult male panthers defend territories of around 200sq. miles.

  3. Why are Florida Panthers being killed? • Because people want something from them like tails and fur to make mats and other things.

  4. How does pollution affect Florida Panthers? • The air is filled with smoke from chimneys, people who smoke and enormous factories with huge pipes with tons of smoke coming out of them.

  5. Who are killing Florida Panthers? • Hunters, Poachers and US

  6. What is killing their land? • Bulldozes and construction workers.

  7. Were do Florida Panthers live? • Found in wet grasslands pinelands near lakes or rivers.

  8. How many are left ? • There are about 80 left in the wild because poachers are killing them.

  9. Why are Florida Panthers losing there land? • The tress have been cut down and turned into farmland.
