  2. UEL Student Population UEL has 30,089 students of whom 990 are distance learners and 5,496 are franchised overseas The majority are studying at Undergraduate level (72%). *Based on 2011/12 HESA return, aggregate offshore record and DELTA course level.

  3. Student Profile at UEL The proportion of males and females is similar to the sector whilst UEL has a higher proportion of mature students*. *Based on 2011/12 HESA data.
