  1. Basic principles involved in vacuum technology Vacuum technology plays a very important role in wide ranges of application. The vacuum technology is used to pick and place the items, for moving it ranges from the small electronic components to the plate glasses. It is a process that is carried out under atmospheric pressure. To remove constituents of the atmosphere that can cause physical and chemical reactions during the process. It may be any vacuum process a limiting parameter of permissible pressure can be explained. It may be the number of molecules per unit volume. Increasing applications of vacuum process have been discovered in microelectronics and also in space simulation. It is also used in desorption of gas from the surface. Pumps and ejector A vacuum is defined as the space that it gets devoid of all matter. The different pressure is used under the different circumstances and it can measure in standard SI units of Pascal. There are generally two methods applied in a vacuum; one is a means of a pump, which removes the tanks and it requires dedicated circuits routed for each work. Then the pump ejector is less expensive and more efficient. Here the compressed nozzle forces out the air into the mouth of the larger tube that causes the turbulence in the chamber. Vacuum pads Developed vacuum are more specific and they create a suction force that is to create a seal between the workpiece and ejector so that it is moved and secured. This thing is achieved only by the usage of vacuum and suction pads. These vacuum pads are produced from different types of rubber compounds. They include nitrile, urethane, and silicon. For most of the application, NBR pads are used. Based upon the task the size and the type of vacuum will be get differed. Vacuum force Different types of ejectors are available from vacuum manufactures with varying size and it gets differs upon the usage. Depending upon the requirement the lifting force will be reduced. Always have the extra pads so that if several pads are malfunctioning the work still continues. The air tubes diameter is minimized to minimize the flow resistance and leakage of items. Use the number of small suction pads to spread the suction force over a wide area as possible.

  2. Final lines Vacuum technology gets updated every day and the usage of vacuum is also increased. Make use of this article to grab basic things about vacuum technology.
