Total A + B + C = RM68 The same rates will be charged if customer uses beyond RM78. • Note : • 1. To round-up duration of each national CDR to the nearest minute. • 2. CDR rating/block for STD fixed : 10 second/block and mobile : 20 second/block

Terms & Condition Terms & Condition • SME ONE Plan (the “SME One Plan”) is a promotion plan offered by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) for any eligible SME customer of TM Business Broadband (the “Customer”). These terms and conditions (the “T&C”) of the SME ONE Plan are in addition to the terms and conditions for the services of TM Businessline and TM Business Broadband (the “TM Business Broadband”). • This SME ONE Plan will commence from July 2009 until December 2009 or other date to be notified by TM from time to time. • This SME ONE Plan is applicable for TM Businessline Service Number (the “TM Businessline Service Number”) as stated in the SME ONE Plan Application Form. One (1) selected TM Businessline Service Number will be eligible for five (5) favourite call numbers (“5 Favourite Numbers). • The minimum subscription period is twenty four (24) months commencing from the activation date of the SME ONE Plan (the “Minimum Subscription Period”). • Each Customer is eligible for one (1) unit of Cordless Telephone Set (the “Cordless Telephone Set”) for each successful subscription of the SME ONE Plan before promotion end from any nearest TMpoint subject to the availability (while stock last). • Notwithstanding the above, TM reserves the right to reject the application or require the Customer to furnish further details or documents as TM deems fit and necessary without assigning any reason whatsoever.

18. Terms & Condition Terms & Condition • For any termination of the SME ONE Plan within the minimum subscription period stated in Clause 4 above, the Customer shall be required to pay an administration fee of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred (RM200.00) only to TM. • In the event that the TM Business Broadband is being terminated by either TM or the Customer, the SME ONE Plan will be terminated immediately and will be reflected in the TM’s bill. • The Customer hereby acknowledges that TM shall have the right to share the Customer's data with TM's related companies for the purpose of marketing activities in respect of products and services of TM and/or its related companies from time to time as TM deems fit Provided Always That, TM and its related companies that received such data shall observe the applicable confidentiality obligation as imposed under the terms and conditions for the subscription to TM Businessline and TM Business Broadband and shall abide by the same strictly. • TM reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these T&C from time to time and/or amend and withdraw the Cordless Telephone Set without prior notice at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such changes. • TM shall not be liable for any claims by the Customer or third party claims for losses of any nature whatsoever or howsoever, including but not limited to, loss of profit, punitive, indirect, special, incidential or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages in relation to the SME ONE Plan. • Should there be any discrepancies between the Bahasa Malaysia version and the English version of the T&C, the English version shall prevail
