  2. Member Evaluation- Meetings As a result of your feedback (55 questionnaires returned) here is what we found: • SG helped improve H&S (87%) • SG meetings are good value (82%) • Would you recommend joining SG (87%)

  3. Member Evaluation- Meetings • Keep 5 meetings (58%) More(5%) Less(11%) • Keep meeting time same (64%) • Have more full day meetings (16%) • Keep the same location (96%)

  4. Member Evaluation- Meetings Top 4 requests: • Want more written information (49%) • Offer additional workshops on elements (42%) • Continue to provide info to help move through elements (35%) • Provide resource people to answer questions (40%)

Member Evaluation- Meetings cont’d Here is what we aren’t sure of: • Additional workshop offerings (during regular meetings or separate) • Provision of resource people to guide the tables in moving through elements (results indicate members don’t want time to work on their elements) • Provide the groups with questions to help guide them in moving through elements (during meetings or to take away)

Member Evaluation As a result of your feedback here is what we will be planning this year: • Keep meetings same time, 4 half day and 1 full day at the same location • Provide written information at each meeting on a H&S topic (determined by demographics & stats) • Each meeting to have an education (mini training/workshop) component on community based hazards• Slip and Fall Prevention• Violence - Implementing an Effective Program in Your Organization• Claims Management- Best Practice example/ OEA speaker• MSD prevention • Orientation of new employees• Developing a H&S culture• How to maintain previous year’s elements

Member Evaluation As a result of your feedback here is what we will be planning this year:RESOURCES • List of SG members to be provided to each HCHSA consultant • Each meeting to have a written document relating to completing an element/hazard and the 5 steps • HCHSA web site for SG members only to have sample copies of policies and procedures (sharing network)
