  3. LIEAB – Chairman’s Report – 1/9/08 • Legislative Recommendations • Appropriations – met with Chairs on 11/28 • Human Services – met with Sen. Co-Chair on 12/17 • Energy – meeting still to be scheduled • Written summary of recommendations re: legislation sent to all three committees

  4. LIEAB – Chairman’s Report – 1/9/08 • Subcommittee Follow Up • Communication/Coordination • Need to develop specific $ request for each recommendation • Interchange system • Automated communication re: fuel authorizations

LIEAB – Chairman’s Report – 1/9/08 • Utility Subcommittee • To support and evaluate the existing arrearage forgiveness program • Monitor DPUC docket proceedings • Bring to the Board recommendations for LIEAB interaction in docket • Work with utilities/DPUC on providing evaluation of “below bill” payment program
