It is good to take help from a physiotherapist for a cure on a long run. Three Stages of STI Treatment 1. Within 72 hours one must get first aid and protect the injured area. Get diagnosed and start making a mild movement. 2. Then work towards reducing the stiffness and swelling to get back to normal movement. 3. Getting back to normal. All these three can happen only if you keep yourself active. Based on the input from the physiotherapist practice movement and stay mobile. Only then it is possible for a speedy recovery. Do and Don't for STI Soon after injury do not panic and stretch beyond limits.

  3. Allow the body to indicate pain and exercise caution by overseeing it. Do not massage any pain relief cream and just apply on the part to see if the pain reduces. You can try giving ice pack to the injured area. Take sufficient rest and place the injured part in an elevated manner to allow blood flow. Try some mild painkiller. Consult a doctor if the pain increases or sustains even after 24 hours.
