  2. 2. EBU 3.5 8F guide RAO 10 view. Severe stenosis at origin of first diagonal (D1). Mild LAD stenosis (arrowed) 3. LAO cranial view. To show ostial stenosis of first diagonal (D1) and LAD stenosis (arrowed) 4. LAO cranial view, HTF Wires down both LAD and D1. Balloon dilatation D1 with 2.5 x 12 balloon 5. LAO cranial view. Result of balloon only dilatation of D1. 6. LAO cranial view. Stents positioned in LAD (3.5 x 16 DES) and D1 (3 x 16 DES) LAD overlaps D1 stent slightly proximally. D1 stent deployed. 7. LAO cranial view. D1 wire removed. LAD stent deployed. 8. LAO cranial view. Result of D1 and LAD stent deployment. 9. LAO cranial view. D1 rewired through LAD stent. Kissing balloon inflation in LAD and D1. 10. LAO cranial view. Wires removed. Final result.
