  1. Complainant that based on the T.V. report of ABN Telugu channel and Andhra Jyothi Telugu daily that the victims of Andhra Pradesh are being exploited by some culprits and transporting them to Pune for commercial sexual exploitation.

  2. Hon’bleLokayuktha, AP State, • Hyderabad and State Human Rights Commission, AP, Hyderabad. • Addl. Director General of Police, CID, AP, Hyderabad is directed to make an enquiry in this regard and try to save the ladies from this trade. • 87/2013, U/s.3, 4, 5 & 6 of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956 was registered at Mahila Police Station, Vijayawada City on 30-07-2013 at 20:00

To trace the victims and culprits and secured some information about the cases registered under head of Girl Missing, Woman missing in the neighboring Police Stations in Vijayawada City. • Team consisting of 1 inspector and 1 SI sent to pune for reccee. They brought information that; Some of the victims of AP State are might have been confined in the following buildings which are being used as brothel dens at Pune, Maharashtra State. 1. Chandini Building, Budavarapu Peta, Pune, 2. Disco Building, Budavarapu Peta, Pune, 3. Bhagath Building, Budavarapu Peta, Pune, 4. Begam Building, Budavarapu Peta, Pune, 5. Sagar Building, Budavarapu Peta, Pune, 6. Navi Sagar Building, Budavarapu Peta, Pune, of Maharashtra State.

I.O obtained Search warrant from the Hon’ble 1st MM Court, Vijayawada under the provisions of Sec. 16 of ITP Act 1956 and Sec.100 (4) Cr PC. • 9 members from Vijayawada Police. • 8 members CID AHTU Team, Hyderabad. • 8 members from Prajwala Home NGO, Amangal, Mahabubnagar District. • 2 members from CWD Vijayawada. • Accordingly on 07-01-2014 at 15:00 hrs searches were conducted on Disco Building and Chandini Building situated at Budavarapu Pet, Pune, Maharashtra State.

Rescued (8) minor victims, (29) major victims, and arrested (10) Traffickers. • Hon’ble Judicial Magistrate First Class at Pune, Maharashtra State. • Transit Warrant Orders to the 10 Traffickers and 12 Victims including 8 Major Victims. • I.O. producued them in the Hon’ble court of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Vijayawada, which is special court of POCSO Act 2012.

  6. Added Sections Sec. 120-B, 344, 366, 366-a, 370 (a) (iii & iv), 376 (i) & (n) r/w 34 IPC & Sec. 6 of POCSO Act 2012. • The 12 victims i.e. (6 minor, 6 major victims) were sent to Prajwala Home Amangal, Mahaboobnagar district for rehabilitation by the orders of Honble 12th Addl. District Judge court Vijayawada and CWC Krishna District. • Case has been transferred to CID, Hyderabad, vide C.No.5503/C71/CWPC/CID/2014 dt. 20-01-2014 of Addl. DGP.CID, Hyderabad, and the case is UI with CID, Hyderabad.
