  8. Library OPAC • OPAC can be access online via any PC with internet access using the following URL: http://canberrapri.spydus.com.sg Also known as “Online Public Access Catalogue”

How to borrow and return your library book • Bring book to Circulation Counter. • Produce your EZ-Link card. • Open the book to the page with the barcode label. • Take note of the due date • Return book to book drop or Circulation Counter • Or renew the book you have not finished reading (but don’t forget to bring it with you). • Keep the book safe and don’t lose it or it’ll cost you! 

  22. Caring for your Books

  23. Book Care Rule # 1 Don’t leave books where babies & pets can ruin them by chewing, coloring, ripping, etc.

  24. Book Care Rule # 2 Always carry your books in your school bag and keep them dry at all times.

  25. Book Care Rule # 3 Always use a bookmark. Please do not “dog ear” the page or lay the book down on a table with pages open.

  26. Book Care Rule # 4 Do not read your book while drinking or eating.

  27. Book Care Rule # 5 Handle your books with clean hands.

  28. Book Care Rule # 6 Turn the pages slowly while reading to prevent tearing them.

  29. Book Care Rule # 7 Books are for reading. Do not draw, cut or tear the pages.

  30. Book Care Rule # 8 Report all damaged library materials to the librarian for proper mending. Please do not try to repair them on your own.

  31. Book Care Rule # 9 Remember to use the shelf markers and keep the books tidy on the shelves so others can find them.
