Enrollment • Entry requirement • F.5 (Grade 11) or above • Aged 17 or above • IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 500 or a pass in the school entry exam <English foundation classes are available at some schools> • Documents for application: Enrolment form + School transcript + Passport copy • Application evaluation: The school will issue ACCEPTANCE LETTER after the evaluation (3 working days) • T/T the deposit (around CHF 3,000) to the chosen school before the due date • Acceptance confirmation: The school will sent out CONFIRMATION LETTER upon deposit received • Application of student visa(EU passport holders are exempted from this step)

  19. Remarks for student visa application(it is applicable to all Macau and PRC passport holders) • Student's passport copy + ID card copy • Student’s parents passports copy + ID copy • Birth certificate • School acceptance letter (with deposit paid) + bank slip (in regard of deposit T/T) • Recent 2 yrs academic result • IELTS / TOEFL result • 3-6 months banking record (bank book / monthly statement), balance should be sufficient to cover at least 1 yr tuition fee + living expenses • Visa processing fee: HKD$460 (No body check is required) • Visa processing duration: 2 – 3 months

  20. AASS will provide the following services: • Giving advices to student on selecting appropriate school • Submitting application • Assisting in student visa application • Sharing information about studying in Swiss, such as checklist for luggage packing, remarks for departure...etc • Holding family gathering with student 1 month prior to their departure • Arranging airport transfer and making sure that arrive the school safely • Following up student’s in-campus life • Help alumni in job hunting

  23. Enrolment and admission Take the free entry exam, student’s English level would be evaluated.Depends on the result, student may be request to participate in 1-4 months foundation classes. Meet AASS member, and obtain advices on school selection Apply appropriate school, then receive school acceptance letter Telegraphic transfer the deposit (partial of the tuition fee, aroundMOP 20,000) to appointed Swiss bank Apply the student visa (takes2 – 3 months) Prepare items (according to our student checklist) which are necessary to bring alone with to Swiss Join the family gathering 1 month in prior to their departure Transfer from Swiss airport to the school directly University life begins！
