April Reporting Results Region 15 Metrics: • DSRIP Revenue for Region 15 April Reporting = $20,650,022 (after IGT) • DSRIP Revenue Remaining for October Reporting = $19,695,810 (after IGT) • Category 1 or 2 Project Metrics = 22 • Category 3 Measures (1/2 payment) = 55 • Category 4 Hospital System Reports = 20 **Any metrics that require more information (NMI) will be due July 15, 2014 for January 31, 2015 Payment. October Reporting Cooper Consulting will develop an automated system for DSRIP reporting

4. Anchor Call Information • 3 Year Project Reconciliation. We are still waiting for the final funding for our region to use for projects. • Category 3 Reviews. • We will receive feedback by mid-July • TA call will be scheduled by HHSC through the Anchor for the providers • Responses due to HHSC two weeks later • July Plan Modifications. • HHSC will send out change request information soon • Due end of July for DY4 and DY5 project changes

5. Timelines • July 9, 2014 – IGT due date for approved April achievement. • July 31, 2014 – Payment to providers for April achievement • July 2014 – Plan Modifications for DY4-5. This is our only opportunity to submit changes to our projects for approval. • Other Plan Modifications to our projects will be at the request of HHSC Auditors • September 9-10, 2014 –Annual Statewide Learning Collaborative in Austin. Invitations will go out to providers for a representative to attend. HHSC is working on the invitation list for the summit, and will work to let you know soon how many initial slots we have for you and your DSRIP providers so we can confirm how many your RHP plans to use. We want every DSRIP provider to have the opportunity to send someone to the summit in person if they so choose.
