  4. Was ist ein gutes Gespräch ? • In einem guten Gespräch erfüllen die Sprecher neben den Mindestanforderungen auch noch ethische Kriterien wie Ehrlichkeit, Vermeidung von Mehrdeutigkeit, Offenheit etc. Näheres dazu in der nächsten Stunde.
