Schools can help in building this skill amongst children by organizing various activities and competitions. Here we have listed certain skills that schools must teach their students to help them succeed in future - Effective Writing Better Listening It is quite essential for students to be good listeners as this can help them stay more attentive and engaged with the speaker. Writing is a vital part of every profession. Schools must organize essay writing, story writing competitions etc. to improve writing skills of the students. Body Language Interpersonal Skills Gestures and facial expressions talk a lot about a person’s personality. Schools must organize various workshops and seminars to teach speaking and sitting etiquettes to kids. Verbal Communication Declamation contests, extempore, story narration competition etc. can help a child brush up their verbal skills. Also this can help a student overcome their stage fear.
