INTRODUCTION • RDG established in 2000 in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia • More than 500 employees are currently working in RDG developed business and it will exceed 1000 employees in 2010. • RDG is an extension of Family Business Founded by Shaikh Saleh Al-Dakheel in 1969 under the name of CBE • RDG is working in Manufacturing Development, Industrial Services & Commercial Sectors

6. MANUFACTURING DEV. SECTOR Petrochemical Production “OSOS Petrochemicals” isa Saudi Arabian Joint Stock Company under Formation. OSOS Petrochemicals is co-promoted by RDG since 2006. OSOS will manufacture and sell 60KTA Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and other intermediate products. This project is considered as the first of its type in Middle East “Industrial Power systems Ltd” is co-promoted by RDG. IPSL is a limited liability company to manufacture different types of Batteries related to Industry, Power, Railway, Aviation & Telecommunications. This project is considered as the first of its type in Gulf Region. The company is a Saudi-Indian Joint Venture company. HBL Power Systems (IPSL Partner) is one of the International Leaders in this business. Industrial Batteries Manufacturing

7. INDUSTRIAL SERVICES SECTOR “Earth Tech” is specialized in Industrial Construction & Fabrication. This business is co-promoted by RDG and operated in association with our partners. Earth Tech is a Saudi-Lebanese JV business and offer construction of facilities related to Oil& Gas, Petrochemical, refineries, Power & water. Earth Tech already registered in all major companies in Saudi Arabia and executed several projects. Industrial Construction “Best Energy Company” is co-promoted by RDG and operated in association with our partners. This business is focused in the Industrial Trading & Procurement of industrial projects in the area. 8. INDUSTRIAL SERVICES SECTOR Industrial Maintenance “OSOS Technologies” is promoted by our partner in this business and operated in association with our partners. This business is focused in providing IT solutions related to Training, e-Learning, Communications & Automations related to all Industry. 9. INDUSTRIAL SERVICES SECTOR “FAREZ” is specialized in Industrial Support Services. This business is promoted by RDG and operated in association with our partners. 10. COMMERCIAL SECTOR Building Materials Trading “RD establishment for Trading” is owned 100% by the Group. Our businesses focused in Steel, Cement & Aggregates Trading in addition to landscape Materials. Our success is credited to our customers and the relationships we have developed with them. Our greatest assets are the commitment, energy and talent of our employees “My Second House” is promoted by RDG and operated in association with our partners. This business is focused in the Interior Design of the new building through our experienced engineers. This business also supplied interior systems, materials & furniture to the projects through our international suppliers Decorative Materials & Interior Design
