Thanks for print services from Don Lafond & Keller Williams Realty LAST WEEK - August 17th LAST DIVISION 5  DIVISION COUNCIL MEETING DURING '05-'06 Please set aside the evening of September 14, Thursday, for our last DCM this club year. It will be held at Holiday Inn, I-295 and Commonwealth, 6:00 fellowship and 6:30,a great buffet-only $16. Westside Kiwanis Club will be hosts. Our Beaches Club has been supportive this year with your DCM participation; I hope our club will have the largest turnout ever. All club officers and Board members especially and all members who haven't attended a DCM before should plan to show up. Also, all members who are interested in what's going on with Division 5 clubs should attend. Our agenda will include electing a Lt. Governor-Elect (Bert Wasmund,current president of Westside Club) to succeed Rande LeFevre who takes office October 1. The incoming club presidents will be introduced; and other interesting agenda items are scheduled including a 10-minute presentation on new membership growth by Bill Snyder, incoming Florida District Chair on Membership Growth. Please mark your calendars now! Mentors read materials provided by the school, and encourage the kids to do well. This past year the kids wrote some very touching letters of appreciation.
