  6. Options • Option 1: • Public Funding: Not able to build all projects until at least 2040 • Option 2: • Partial Project: Build segments over 30 years • Option 3: • Operate as Public Private Partnership to build the entire project by 2019 (must toll new carpool lanes on I-5)

  7. Benefits All projects could be completed by 2019 Creates over 9,000 jobs in local communities now Increases safety, connectivity, while adding capacity and reducing congestion

  9. Schedule • RFQ: Mid 2013 • RFP: Mid 2014 • Financial Close: Early 2015 • Construction Complete: 2019
