  2. Type of soil • Clay • Loam • Good structure and alright holding capacity are ok for wheat cultivation. • For heavy soil it should be under dry condition.

Types of Wheat • Durum - very hard used for pasta. • Hard Red Spring – High protein used for bread and is used for hard goods • Hard Red Winter- the same as spring but is all purpose. • Soft Red winter- low and protein and is used in pastry flour or is baking powder. • Hard white- it is used in whole wheat and is identical to red wheat. • Soft white- is starchy and have a softer kernel.

  5. The uses of the crops • wheat is general used for food: • Flour • Semolina - kind of like food posing • Malt- makes thing fizzy • Grouts- cereal like wheat Barrie. • Pastry • Hot and cold breakfast cereal

  12. Treatments • Treatment for armyworms should only be thought of if or when there is four or more larvae are on the wheat. But is usually not recommend but only is it is cutting the wheat head. • The treatment for Cereal Leaf Beetle is only recommended if it has one larva on its stem. • To prevent fungal and use fungicides.

  13. New ways • The new ways that the farmers built a new sprayer wheel because the weather is not so much rain is enough the sprayer travel over the fields. • Farmers depend on science • The farmers wont to make it easier to grow and sell. • farmers these day do it by hand these days
