SPECIFICATION FOR SEMI FINSHED 1 BHK • Structure Earthquake Resistant RCC frame structure with 9”thick external brick wall & 4.5” thick internal brick wall. • Lift Lobby Stone Flooring, Wall in plaster and OBD. Ceiling with cornice and mouldings in POP and OBD.  • Main Staircase Marble Stone used for staircase with handrail, Wall finishes in plaster and Dry Distemper, Ceiling POP and Dry Distemper.  • Doors and Windows Main Door- Teak Frame/Veneered Door, Doors- Flush Door, Windows- Aluminium glazed/wooden. • Electricals Copper wires in recessed PVC conduit with modular switches & sockets, T.V Antenna socket in bedroom and drawing room. Provision for telephone lines and sockets . Three phase electrical connection with 5 kW load to operate AC’s. Full power back up to be provided. • Plumbing /Sanitation Vertical stacks for water supply and drainage will be provided in the shafts with connecting points provided in the toilets / kitchen. Sanitary Fixtures and accessories the customer according to the internal layouts at his own cost. • Facilities Club, Shopping Area, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Lavish Garden, 24 Hour Security and common water softening plant. Round the clock water supply. Common DTH and WI FI in the complex • Lift Passenger Lift for 8 person capacity. • Parking One Open parking per flat. • Sewerage/Water Supply Proper sewerage, drainage and water supply system shall be installed. Adequate provision for underground and overhead water storage tanks both for domestic and fire fighting, ensuring 24 hrs water supply. • Fire Protection System Proper fire fighting arrangement with fire alarm switches on every floor. _____________________________________________________________ It is clarified that this being a semi-finished apartment, following finishing items will NOT be provided inside the Apartment : 1. Flooring in all the areas.  2. Final punning / paint / tiling / cladding on all the walls in all the rooms / washrooms / kitchen.  3. All the counters, sanitary fixtures, fittings and accessories in the toilets & kitchen.  4. Light fittings, fans, electrical equipments like geysers etc. Individual security system.  5. Any other finishing items. Thus substantial additional work is required to be done by the customer at his own cost and discretion in order to make the Apartment livable. The customer will have to submit proposed details of interior works and obtain prior approval of Maxworth Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd before starting the work within the Apartment upon possession.
