  3. Registering for NTPEP DataMine – State DOT Step 1 of 6: Access the NTPEP DataMine 2.0 web site at http://data.ntpep.org Click on the “Register” link in the left hand content menu. 1

  4. Registering for NTPEP DataMine – State DOT (continued…) Step 2 of 6: Type in your e-mail address, then click Next. Note: You MUST user your DOT e-mail address to register as State DOT role. 2

  5. Registering for NTPEP DataMine – State DOT (continued…) Step 3 of 6: Provide the appropriate information in each field, including the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). Check the terms and agreement box. Type in Confirmation Code. Click “OK”. 3

  6. Registering for NTPEP DataMine – State DOT (continued…) Step 4 of 6: You will receive a message indicating your successfully created your AASHTO account. After creating your AASHTO Account, you will be directed to the NTPEP DataMine to complete your NTPEP DataMine registration. 4

  7. Registering for NTPEP DataMine – Lead State (continued…) Step 5 of 6: Fill-in the appropriate details for Testing Facility. Choose the technical committee(s) you will be testing products for. Click Submit. 5

  8. Registering for NTPEP DataMine – State DOT (continued…) Step 6 of 6: You will receive a message indicating you have successfully registered as a State DOT. Important Note: To access data as State DOT role send an e-mail request to one of the following staff members: Greta Smith Katheryn Malusky Evan Rothblatt Dan Stegmaier 6

  9. NTPEP DataMine Login Step 1 of 2: Enter your E-Mail Address and Password and click “Log In”. Note : If you have forgotten your password, type in your e-mail address and click “Get Password”. 1 Note

  10. NTPEP DataMine Login (continued…) Step 2 of 2: Upon successful registration you will be automatically logged in as a Testing Facility and directed to My DataMine. 2

  11. View Audit Reports - Map Step 1 of 5: Logon to NTPEP DataMine and, select on “Home” from the contents menu to access data modules. 1

  12. View Audit Reports - Map (continued…) Step 2 of 5: Select HDPE Pipe (or Reinforcing Steel) to view reports. 2

  13. View Audit Reports – Map (continued…) Step 3 of 5: Choose Audit Type and Audit Year to display desired facilities. Click on your facility location to bring up the Audit Information at the bottom of the page. To view Audit Information, select “Audit Info” in the drop-down box and click on Go. 3

  14. View Audit Reports – Map (continued…) Step 4 of 5: Click on “Audit Reports” to view the related documentation regarding the audit year you selected on the previous page. 4

  15. View Audit Reports – Map (continued…) Step 5 of 5: A page will then load, listing the Audit documentation. Click on appropriate “Report Title” to open each Microsoft Word document. 5

  16. View Audit Reports – Search Step 1 of 5: The “Search” function can also be utilized to access Audit documentation. 1

  17. View Audit Reports – Search (continued…) • Step 2 of 5: • At a minimum, choose one of the following criteria from the drop-down combo box: Submittal Year (year the audit was conducted), Manufacturer, or Facility Location. After selecting this information, click on “Search”. 2

  18. View Audit Reports – Search (continued…) • Step 3 of 5: • The results will appear for all of the audits completed for that particular facility. Click on “Go” to view the audit documentation for the year you are interested in. 3

  19. View Audit Reports – Search (continued…) Step 4 of 5: Click on “Audit Reports” to view the related documentation regarding the audit year you selected on the previous page. 4

  20. View Audit Reports – Search (continued…) Step 5 of 5: A page will then load, listing the Audit documentation. Click on appropriate “Report Title” to open each Microsoft Word document. 5

  21. View Audit Status Reports Step 1 of 2: To view the “Status” of a plant, click on the “Status Reports” link. 1

  22. View Audit Status Reports (continued…) Step 2 of 2: This screen allows you to sort out each manufacturer/facility based on Audit Year, Audit Status, M252 Status, and M294 Status. The terms are identified below the table. 2

  23. View Test Results Step 1 of 2: Login and go to My DataMine. Scroll down the page until you see the product (system) that you are looking to review. Under the drop-down combo box in the Data category, choose “Test” and then click “Go”. 1

  24. View Test Results (continued) Step 2 of 2: View the data for the selected product (system). Notes: If data is being reviewed by the Lead State or Manufacturer, red or blue astericks(****) will appear in those cells. To view proprietary data that has been released to the public, you will need to be logged into the NTPEP DataMine (restricted data is not available to public). 2

  25. Product Test Reports - Example: ECP Step 1 of 4: Login and go to “My DataMine”. Click on “Test Reports” in the left hand contents menu. Note: Not all technical committees have test reports. The technical committees who do not create test reports utilize the data tables. 1

  26. Product Test Reports - Example: ECP (continued…) Step 2 of 4: From the drop-down combo box, choose if you want to sort reports according to manufacturer or submittal year. Choose the manufacturer you want to review report(s) for. After selecting your search criteria, click search. 2

  27. Product Test Reports - Example: ECP (continued…) Step 3 of 4 From the drop-down box, choose the report you are interested in reviewing. Click “Go” to display test report. 3

  28. Product Test Reports - Example: ECP (continued…) Step 4 of 4: The report will then appear on the page. Note : To review another report, click on the “Back” button of click Test Reports from the left hand contents menu. 4

  29. Search Data – Example: SSM Step 1 of 5: Login and go to “My DataMine”. Click on “Search” in the left hand content menu. 1

  30. Search Data – Example: SSM (continued…) Step 2 of 5: Choose the criteria you want to search for. Type in the Product Name or NTPEP Number if you want to search for one particular product (system). Click on “Search”. 2

  31. Search Data – Example: SSM (continued…) Step 3 of 5: The search results will appear below your selected search criteria. To export the results into Microsoft Excel, click “Export Results” To save the search to be used again in the future, click “Save Search”. 3

  32. Search Data – Example: SSM (continued…) Step 4 of 5: If you save search criteria , click “Save Search”, the system will ask you to give this particular search a name. Then select “Save” the search criteria. You will be able to perform the search again by selecting Saved Search tab, Note: AASHTO can save search criteria for sharing with manufactures and States. 4

  33. Search Data – Example: SSM (continued…) Step 5 of 5: To access you saved search criteria, select “Saved Search.” Save Search screen allow access to your and shared Search criteria. Selecting a saved Search display corresponding search results. 5
