  2. Introduction • Organization created to bring clean water to people who need it • Mission- Is to bring clean water to improve health and life • Water and water filters

  3. Situation • In my basement • Only putting data in the database • Would like to get out into the community • Need workers and space for projects

  4. Action • Knock walls out to make larger rooms and add dividers- $4,000 • Construction • Create a small space for every worker- $900 per office • Offices • Workers to help work on the database as well as in the community- $9.00 an hour • Status Quo- If we stick to the status quo, our space will stay the same and our business will grow and we won’t have enough room, maybe causing business to go downhill.

  5. Recommendations • Large room with dividers • Room dimensions: 70x70 ft.height: 15 ft • Knock out walls of existing work space and have support beams • Dividers with doors and are contractible • Workers at $9.00 an hour for 7 hours a day and 5 days a week

  6. Implement • $4,000 for construction and $175 for each divider, 20 dividers • $81,900 for five workers per year • Total asking for: $89,400 • The following will be done if you support us 1. 50-50 raffle: Revenue from the raffle pay for the new space 2. Ad in the newspaper: The ad allows more people to know about us 3. Flyers: Contact with people instead of just reading about us 4.Recycling: Sell boards from walls

  7. Evaluate • Production and Donations go up: • Comfortable sharing information • More donations • Space for more projects • Production goes up

  8. Stories • Mikayla, age 9, talked to us • No clean water anywhere, water is diseased • Take care of her little brother • Parents died of disease • Saving lives • Ended her letter with a request • We have to keep helping people like her
