ESPC Measurement and Verification (M&V) Processes • Contractor verifies savings in first 1-3 years, depending on complexity of work • M&V installs meters, software, and kiosks (dashboards) on major buildings • Agency uses M&V tools to monitor trends, automate meter data reporting, and provide annual progress updates • Contractor gets called back if Agency can’t explain a significant decrease in performance Conserve Wisconsin
