Using would and Used To to talk about the past. P129 When to use them? Would & used to Used to: for action and nonaction verbs. Would: for action verbs only. • To express past habits or routines. Not used for things that happened once or twice. She used to think that he was the oldest man in the world. When she was young, she would get up early every morning.
