  3. TI Web Site: Club Report • Bottom right corner, “Member QuickLinks” • Enter a club number • Report show the 10 DCP goals and how the club is doing in meeting them

  4. TI Web Site: District Reports • Bottom right corner, “Member QuickLinks” • Click on “Launch Reports” • Select district 30 • All reports let you click on a column heading to sort • Observe report date at top left!

  5. Dues Renewal Status • Provides date recorded (to nearest month) • Monitor closely in April and October at semi-annual renewal time

  6. Club Officer List Status • Provides date recorded (to nearest month) • Monitor closely in May/June at club officer election time

  7. Educational Achievements • Lists awards (CTM, ATM-B, CL, etc.) with date recorded since July 1

  8. New Clubs • Lists new clubs since start of year • Check to be sure assigned to right area

  9. New Club Sponsors and Mentors • Sponsors get things started, up to the demo meeting • Mentors help a club through the first 6-12 months • Note the “Status” • Pending (six months for mentors) • Awarded (obligations completed)

  10. Club Coaches • Coaches help struggling clubs • Note the “Status” • Pending (goal is for club to be distinguished) • Awarded (obligations completed)

  11. District Performance Report • Covers three of the “Four Critical Success Factors” for each club in the district • Memberships (formerly “per caps”) • CTMs • ATMs

  12. Distinguished Club Program by Division / Area • Compact DCP report by area and division, one line per club

  13. Distinguished Division / Area • For each club:On-time renewals, CTMs, ATMs, DCP status, AG visits • Paid clubs in area • Division totals as well
