  7. Wind Siting Allocation • ITP10 siting utilizes similar approach as ITP20 siting plan • Additional wind to meet targets distributed to NE, KS, OK, and TX sites • Capacity factors pulled from 2005 NREL dataset • Based on 100 meter hub heights
