What is E-Net Services • E-net services is the way students access the following information: • Your Biographical Information as listed with the Registrar’s Office • Your Student Schedule • Your GPA Projection • Your Grades (Grades are only available throught E-Net Services.) • Academic Record • Degree Audit • Course Catalog • Financial Aid • Course & Fee Statement

  3. How do I get there? Open our home page: http://esperanza.eastern.edu Click on “Current Students”

  4. How do I log in Continued… Click on “E-Net Services” under the Student Services Menu.

  5. Log in to E-Net Services You will then click on “Student Services.” You will then receive a box that will prompt you for your username and password from Eastern Univerity.

  6. You are logged in Always set your options setting to the current semester & year.

  7. Biographical Information Click on Biographical

  8. Biographical Data You will be able to view all the information that the Registrar’s Office. If you need to make any changes please see me.

  9. Student Schedule To get to your student schedule click on the “Student Schedule” Button. Here is a list of the courses you will take in the fall. Notice the settings have been changed to reflect current semester.

  10. Grades This is what the grade view would look like, if you want a full picture of all your grades you would click on “Academic Record.” As you can see, there are no grades because she is “In Progress or IP”. Again, make sure your settings are correct.

  11. Academic Record This is the view of the “Academic Record” that is an all inclusive view of all your grades included GPA and credits.

  12. Course Catalog If you are interested in obtaining course description click on the “Course Catalog” Button and you will view this page. Then click on the discipline you are interested inquiring about.

  13. Financial Aid Click on the “Financial Aid” button to view outstanding documents and aid awarded. Again, be sure to up date your setting to reflect the current semester.

  14. Course & Fee Statement This will show your charges and financial aid awarded.

  15. GPA Projection You can see what your GPA would be based on grades that you may receive. Enter a grade for each course and it will give you the projections. It’s like a GPA calculator.

  16. Registration & Immunization Records • Registration • You are not able to register through the e-net services. Registration occurs through our office. • Immunization Records • Because you are not living on campus, you are not required to have any immunization records. Don’t worry about this field.
