The Bottom Line • Request the NHQ Cadet Team to generate enhanced lesson plans for a 35- to 40-hour onsite RCLS, in addition to the current 24 hour course • Support outreach and MOUs with other cadet organizations for cadet standards of care • Distribute funding for NCAC travel to regions prior to meetings instead of by reimbursement
