William Fulbright Program • Funded by a bill introduced by Fulbright for the “promotion of international good will through the exchange of students in the field of education, culture, and science.” • Fulbright is the most widely recognized and prestigious international exchange program in the world. • Fosters bilateral relationships between countries and governments to shape program goals and needs.
