  6. Work = Force x Distance.

  7. Explain why carrying your books to class is NOT doing work.

  8. The direction of the force on your books (upwards) is not the direction your books move in.

  9. Mr. Antonello asks you to help him lift a 23N bag of sand from the gym 6m upstairs to the science room. How much work must you do? Include units!
