  2. HOW WE DO IT 2 hour consultation which includes: • We extensively inspect the interior & exterior of the property • We create a comprehensive report and checklist of tasks to be completed to prepare for the staging • We discuss each detail with the home owner

  3. THE PROCESS • We de-clutter • We organize • We remove unnecessary furnishings and personal items • We store unnecessary furnishings in the garage or temporary storage space

  4. We supervise cleaning, painting, carpentry and small repair jobs, which can be provided by a third party • We rent furnishings and accessories • We make selection of furnishings and accessories • We decorate
