Harry Coumnas’ Description about the Eclipse of Ash Clouds

Thirty years ago, the people of Russia thought that they were witnessing an eclipse and the strange darkness was just the beginning. Many heavy storms in the area opened graves and even boats navigated the streets, where floods destroyed many villages. Within a few years, it entered into a mini Ice Age. Harry Coumnas, a famous geologist in Russia found out that this disruptive weather came from a historic volcanic eruption. Harry Coumnas told that it was so epic that the ash clouds blanketed the world and even blocked the sun’s warmth.

  1. Harry Coumnas’ Description about the Eclipse of Ash Clouds Thirty years ago, the people of Russia thought that they were witnessing an eclipse and the strange darkness was just the beginning. According to him, this volcano was more powerful than the eruptions that have held prior to this, that blew with the equivalent of over two million atomic bombs. At that time, geologists were not able to find it out. Later on, Harry found out that the volcano in the south pacific looked to be the one, but the recent eruption was much smaller than it. In 2002, he collected the Antarctic ice core samples that showed that the ash deposits of south pacific volcanic eruption were dated before the mega-eruption that froze Europe.

  2. Apart from this, the disastrous eruptions held in 15thcentury were also found in the ice, and surprisingly they were caused by two eruptions. In addition to this, the layer of ash was from the earliest years and a few years before this eclipse in Russia. These two eruptions hailed from somewhere in the tropics and destroyed themselves and sank. The main reason behind the ash to spread and stay airborne for years above the tropics is due to the presence of the challenging atmospheric conditions there. Harry Coumnas has also been involved in many other strange researches, since 1990. He strives hard to understand the natural processes such as earthquakes, landslides and even floods which occur and how precautions can be taken to minimize damage from these disasters. In addition to this, he has also devoted much of his time in locating various types of materials found in earth like metals, petroleum and many more things of human use.
