  2. President: Kristen Slamaremail: apo.oe.president@gmail.com • We’re going to be hosting a canned food drive on October 23rd, which is the 30th Anniversary of National Make A Difference Day. We’re sponsoring this campus-wide project. • Launch is at Parkland in Champaign on the 16th. They would like to know by tomorrow if you are interested in going. Directions can be found here: http://www.parkland.edu/about/maps.aspx • Section 50 Mini-Conference on October 23rd at ISU. There will be a Fellowship at Medici afterwards. • Any pledges from last semester, I have certificates and cards for you.

VP Community: Carly Wilsonemail: cwilson3@iwu.edu Upcoming events: •  Haunted trail, Constitution Trail – October 22 and 23 5-8:30 • Dress up, scare kids, face paint, pass out candy! • Must go to short orientation October 20 5:30 PM • Festival of Trees – November 9-15 • PLEASE, PLEASE VOLUNTEER! =) • Return forms to me. • I need volunteers to help with the silent auction on opening night, Thursday, November 11th. This will be on the database and it’s separate from the forms.

  7. Treasurer: Hayley Harrounemail: apo.oe.treasurer@gmail.com • Final due date for dues is October 26th. It’s $60 this week, and if you don’t turn them in to me by then, you will go on bad standing. • Puppy chow will be sold from October 19-22. We need people to make the puppy chow for it. • There is a Halloween event coming up on either Friday, October 29th or Saturday, October 30th.

  10. Old Business • Vote passed on reimbursing Erin Brown $20 for pledge supplies. • Vote passed on reimbursing Ade $22 for the hayride on the active retreat.

  11. New Business • Vote on reimbursing Maura Moran for the apple cider and cups from last Thursday.
