  3. Copenhagen– The capital • It have 1.8 million inhabitants • The biggest city in Scandinavia • The city is one of Europe's oldest and most wonderful capitals with a royal touch.

Industry & agriculture • Ca 70% of Denmarks territory get used to agriculture. • Until to the 1960 was agriculture the most importent way to live in Denmark • Tourism is getting more important for the economy in the country. • Denmark get most of the energy from oil- and gas extraction in The North-Sea. But…

  7. Gography • Denmark lie’s on the North-hemisphere, and it’s in North-Europe. • Denmark have 450 islands where Sjælland is the largest one. • Copenhagen lie’s on Sjælland • Denmark is a flat country where higest point is 173 m. (Yding Skovhoej)

  11. The little Mermaid • The little Mermaid was a present to Copenhagen from The Carlsberg Breweries • The statue was made by Edvard Erichsen. • She was sat up in 1913 and is very famous around in the world

  12. Legoland • Legoland is an amusement park in Billund on Midt-Jylland • Here comes thousands of pepole from whole Europe to see the Lego-figure's and test the attraction. • The word ”lego” come from the two Danish words ”Leg” & ”Godt”

  13. H.C. Andersen (1805-1875) • H.C. Andersen was a famous Author from Odense in Denmark. • He was fameous because he wrote farytales by him self.
