  10. Hughes Road Upgrade • Once the Main Roads - Esperance Port Access Corridor (EPAC) project is completed, Hughes Road will become the Port’s only heavy vehicle access. • EPAC - $120 M • Complete in early 2014. • Port main gate closes end 2013. • Light vehicle access off Bower Avenue.
