  8. Goals for 2010- 2011 • Reach More Members • Increase Awareness • Begin Benchmarking • Initiate Training • Plan to expand into the Middle East • Plan to launch Conferences across the region

Long Term Goals- 2 years • Obtain governmental support to reach other Middle East countries through proper communication channels to benefit the region • Actively engage all stakeholders within the real estate /FM industries in new focus groups that will pass recommendations to MEFMA and Middle East’s local real estate regulation body for shaping the FM and Real Estate community in the Middle East • Standardization of FM service charges for different type of properties (Benchmarking)

The Way Forward... • Establish FM foundation course in UAE/ Qatar / Saudi in conjunction with DREI over the next 12 months • Obtain accreditation for MEFMA courses throughout the Middle East region • Develop MEFMA to become the main central focus and connection for the FM industry across the Middle East
