  2. Thank You! • Thank you guys for a wonderful semester! • Good luck to all those who are applying and see you guys next year. Also, don't forget CASPA opens up on April 18th!

  3. Volunteer Keep Austin Beautiful Clean Sweep Event When: Saturday, April 14th Time: 9-11 am -If you signed up already we will be sending a confirmation e-mail later this week! Come help us clean up Pease Park and do your part to Keep Austin Beautiful! A fun picnic will follow our clean-up activities (don't worry we will bring some hand sanitizer too)

  4. Outside Volunteering - Turn in your Outside Volunteering Forms today for 1 Volunteering Point!

  5. Social: Austin Clean Sweep Picnic When: Saturday, April 14th at 11 am (after Austin Clean Sweep) Where: Pease Park • Please stick around after the volunteer event for a picnic with other Pre-PAers! • This will not be a potluck! Please bring your own food to enjoy for the picnic :)

  6. Social: Field Day When: Sunday, April 15th at 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM Where: Whitaker Fields (IM fields) • Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. • Bring water! • Snacks will be provided. • Please sign up by Friday night (April 13th) in order for carpooling to be set up!

  7. Banquet Info • Date: April 20th • Time: 7pm • Location: Cannoli Joe's • Attire: "Dress to Impress" • Sign up on our google doc if you have not already • Plus one guest/not active members = $15 • Thien will be collecting it after the meeting • Food, Fun, & Prizes throughout the night!

  8. Points • Points will be calculated by the end of the week • In order to be considered active, you need to meet all required categories: • Meeting: 3/5 • Volunteering: 4 points • Social: 2 • Fundraising: 2

  11. General Election How it works: - 2 candidates from each open position will present why they are qualified for the position. - you guys as members will be able to vote for one individual. (2 for volunteering) Let's get started.
