  1. Murine Chromosome 7: 26,500K – 27,630K 26,500 A Supplementary File 1: A cluster of Cyp2b genes is found on Chromosome 7, but not in a tandem repeat containing five genes. (A) All five Cyp2b subfamily members are located in the 7A region of chromosome 7. There are five genes between the two Cyp2b regions, three of them are NACHT, LRR, and PYD domains containing protein members putatively involved in ovarian development, one is a G-protein coupled receptor involved in olfaction (vomeronasal 1 receptor 185), and one is a cytochrome P450 member in a different (2a) subfamily.
