FIMS Data Analysis

We will do similar types of analysis prior to the FRPP submission

Focus on any numeric variance more than 25% from previous year

Sites should begin looking for these types of conditions prior to our year-end analysis

Continue to use the Notes field to record explanations for Admin Corrections, Other Dispositions, or any other noteworthy info


Data quality concerns
Data Quality Concerns

  • Land

    • Focus on ownership, acreage

  • Leases

  • Cool Roof

    • Planned Cool Roof date must reflect fiscal year when cool roof technology will be completed. Should not reflect a prior year.

    • Only input Vegetative, Reflective, or Photovoltaic GSF when the technology is in place

  • New records were added 1 or 2 days prior to the year-end snapshot

  • Archiving next fiscal year assets prior to year-end snapshot
