  13. 2011 TXO Contractor Workload • Current peak workload • February to Mid April • September to Mid November • Additional money has been allocated for turnarounds and projects • Contractor FIT will ask each business to fill out spreadsheet for the additional work so a plan can be developed on how to resource

  14. 2011 EH&S Goals and Plans for Your Company • Align 2011 goals and plans to help Dow meet its goals • TXO Contractor Leadership FIT will be scheduling contract company management to come and review 2011 goals and plans with the FIT • Start with companies who hit Task Force trigger in 2010 • Companies who had an OSHA in 2010 • Companies who had high incident rates

  15. Recognition • TXO Contractor Leadership FIT will be working on a process for recognizing companies that have outstanding safety performance

  16. Action Items • Each TOCAS Company send 2011 EH&S Goals and Plans to LELABAY@Dow.com by the end of January • Be prepared to review plans with Contractor Leadership FIT • FIT will start meeting with Contract Company Management in February
