    • Pre-service baseline assessment of 12 health and agriculture universities and colleges

    • Program management: MOH decentralized health administration system

    • Local NGOs for BCC

    • Innovative modalities that complement the gov’t structure

  • Research

    • EHNRI and Universities (Jimma and Hawassa)

  • SCUS sub-offices provide TA to their respective regions
