第五章 柴油机供给系. 柴油机供给系的功用组成及燃料 可燃混合气的形成与燃烧室 喷油器 喷油泵 调速器 燃油的贮存滤清和输送 废气涡轮增压. 柴油机的特点 1 .压缩比大( 15 ~ 22 ),热效率高( 30 %~ 40 %),经济性好;无点火系,油路系统机件精密、耐用,故障少。 2 .混合气的形成、点火和燃烧方式不同于汽油机。高压柴油喷入燃烧室,混合气在燃烧室内形成,压燃后边喷边燃。 3 .柴油机的 CO 和 HC 排放低, NOX 较多,大负荷易产生碳烟。 4 .柴油机结构复杂、质量大、材料好、加工精度高,制造成本较高。
