  1. The periodictable The periodic table can be subdivided in blocks, everyone of which ago reference to the filling of a detail sublevel. Thus to the block s the first two groups correspond, to the block p the groups that go from the III to the VIII, while to the block d and the block f the transition elements, lantanidesthe nests and the actinides correspond respective.

  2. Block s BLOCK-S: in which the more external electrons S occupy ORBITAL, and that it comprises groups I and II (first two groups on the left).

  3. BLOCK P BLOCK-P: in which external electrons P occupy ORBITAL, and that it comprises the groups III, IV, V, YOU, WAYS, besides the Group 0 (last six groups to right)

  4. BLOCK D BLOCK-D: in which they come progressively filled up ORBITAL D, and that it comprises elements in the part center them of the Table that, besides to introduce analogous properties vertically, likes also horizontally

  5. BLOCK F BLOCK F: in which they come filled up ORBITAL F, and that it comprises lanthanides and actinides.
