Report to Patient Voice Group Meeting from SRC Board Representative, Juliet Hanfling
28 March 2012
I have attended 1 meeting as the representative from the Patient Voice Group since our last meeting: 14/03/12.
I have also attended a Communications and Engagement Strategy meeting on 06/03/12 and a Patient Voice Group agenda setting meeting on 20/03/12
Items discussed at this meeting included:
S Reading - long term conditions
Newbury - planned care
NW Reading – unplanned care
Wokingham – Joint commissioning and specialist commissioning
This meeting focussed on how to make the
PVG meetings more popular and how to
attract a greater number of patients. It was
agreed that all those patients who have
attended in the past should be contacted to
ask why they no longer attend.
