  1. Hard Rock Cafe Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico By Genesis Martinez & Eliasib Martinez

  2. T-SHIRT In the front we show the name of the restaurant and the location. We added a Mexican style to it. (Sombrero) In the front we only had the name of the city, so we added the country on the back, featuring a traditional Mexican skull wearing a sombrero.

  3. Menu: Appetizers • Hard Rock Nachos: Corn tortilla chips piled high with traditional Mexican cheeses, accompanied with Pinto beans. Served with the options of sour cream, freshly cut onions, jalapenos, Pico de Gallo, and the traditional Hard Rock Salsa. 2. Grilled Chicken Quesadillas: Grilled chicken and pineapple, tossed in our own Tangy Barbeque sauce with melted Jack cheese, and stuffed in a chili-dusted tortilla. Served with the options of fresh guacamole, fresh homemade Hard Rock Salsa and sour cream. 3. Stuffed Jalapenos: Stuffed Jalapeños with Monterrey Jack & Cream cheese, breaded and deep-fried. Served with the option of Ranch dressing. 4. Tortilla Soup: Original tradition, authentic ingredients, rich chicken tomato broth, crispy tortilla strips, fresh avocado, mixed cheese, sour cream and chopped cilantro. 5. Tupelo Chicken Tenders: Boneless, seasoned and breaded chicken tenders, served with honey-mustard and Hickory Barbeque sauces on the side. Served with Celery sticks and Blue Ranch Dressing.

Menu: Lunch • Famous Fajitas: Your choice of grilled chicken or beef served with pico de gallo, shredded Jack and Cheddar cheeses, fresh guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce and hot flour tortillas.(Grilled Chicken, Grilled Beef, Grilled Shrimp, Duo Combo, Trio Combo ) 2. HRC Mexican Tacos Marinated and seasoned Certified Angus Beef Skirt steak, with grilled chorizo, crispy pork skin. Served in soft corn tortillas with fresh cilantro, onion, and homemade guacamole with a real spicy salsa. 3. Grilled Salmon An 8 oz. filet grilled and topped with a Merlot-garlic butter and served with White Cheddar smashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. 4. Fajita Sandwich Grilled marinated skirt steak, Certified Angus Beef, fresh onions and and peppers julienned, topped with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses on a toasted roll with fresh lemon mayo. Served with seasoned fries. A longtime Hard Rock favorite. 5. Cobb Salad Massive mixed greens, topped – in rows – with a grilled chicken breast, avocado, tomato, red onion, seasoned bacon, Cheddar and Jack cheese and hard-boiled egg. Served with your choice of dressing.

  5. Menu: Dinner 1. Honey-Citrus Grilled Chicken Salad: Fresh cut greens tossed with sweet red onions, grilled Cajun chicken and tossed with our Honey-Citrus dressing. Topped with fresh orange segments, spiced pecans, red pepper strips, sweetened dried cranberries and blue cheese crumbles. 2. Hickory-Smoked Bar-B-Que Chicken: Our famous Southern-style half-chicken, rubbed, grilled, and basted with our authentic Hickory Barbeque sauce. Served with seasoned fries, ranch beans and fresh coleslaw. 3. Hickory-Smoked Bar-B-Que Ribs A full rack of West Tennessee-style ribs rubbed then basted with our authentic Hickory Bar-B-Que sauce and cooked to perfection – so the meat falls right off the bone. Served with seasoned fries, ranch beans and fresh coleslaw. 4. Fajita Sandwich Grilled marinated skirt steak, Certified Angus Beef, fresh onions and and peppers julienned, topped with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses on a toasted roll with fresh lemon mayo. Served with seasoned fries. A longtime Hard Rock favorite. 5.   7. 1. Enchiladas • Rolled & fried tortillas (dipped in a mild red salsa), filled with your choice of chicken or beef. Served with salsa verde/roja and topped with cilantro, onion, tomatoes and other chopped vegetables.

  8. 2. Pozole • Traditional Mexican soup consisting of large corn kernels, shredded chicken and hominy. Served hot and topped with cilantro, chopped onions, tomatoes and other optional vegetables. Topped with dried Oregano.

  9. 3. Tacos Al Pastor • Miniature sized tortillas stuffed with a traditionally seasoned meat (beef) , topped with chopped pineapple, onions and cilantro.

  10. 4. Ceviche Traditional Mexican salad-type dish. Consisting of chopped vegetables (onion, tomatoes, celery and carrots. ) Mixed with fish cooked in lemon juice. Served with tortilla chips and topped with cilantro, pepper and salt.

  11. 5. Abondigas • Traditional Mexican soup consisting of large shredded beef rolled with cilantro, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, celery and other fresh vegetables . Cooked in a hot stew flavored with a variety of our quality Spanish spices.

  12. Tepic, Nayarit would be a good location for a new Hard Rock Café because, there are currently many industries and factories located near Tepic. Many of the industries produce both necessary and simply wanted things such as: tobacco, tequila (Mexicans love Tequila), leathered goods, textiles and wooden products. One of the largest cigarette factories in located in Tepic. All the products being sold there in Tepic would probably bring in tourist not just because of the products but also because of Tepic’s short distance from the coast line and famous beaches such as Destiladeras, El Anclote, Punta de Mita, Los Ayala and Frideras and islands like: Marietas, Islas Marías and Isla Isabela. Tepic would also be a fitted location for the new Hard Rock Café because it is the capital of Nayarit meaning a large population of: 949,684 people living in the city. (Recorded in 2005). Another reason Tepic would be a good place for the café is because a new airport was just recently built in the heart of the city, bringing hungry tourists to the city looking for something good (and safe) to eat. Tepic, Nayarit is also known for the old churches being held in its popular ‘plaza’ (shopping center.) Many tourists enjoy going to Tepic’s plaza because of all the things to do there. There are nightly concerts by small, popular and local bands, there are common parades for many celebrations in Tepic such as the parade for “El Dia De Los Muertos” and other highly celebrated holidays. The plaza in Tepic is also known for all the ‘selling’ that goes on. Many people go there to sell home-made goods such as bracelets, decorated silverware (souvenirs), highly liked recipe food, small arcades and other wooden goods. We believe Tepic, Nayarit would be a perfect place to construct a new Hard Rock Café.
